People Don't care what you know until they know you care! I spent 10 years working as a Mortgage Banker before becoming a licensed realtor, which helped me to become an expert on both sides of the transaction. Knowing what's expected in all aspects of the deal i.e ... escrow, mortgage. This knowledge combined with my experience selling homes sets me apart from others.

My fondest memories growing up in New Jersey are that of a tight knit neighborhood with plenty of kids to play with. We would shine shoes, mow lawns and shovel snow as a way to earn money, even before I was old enough to get a job that they could put me on the payroll. Through those jobs, I learned that hard work, sincerity and integrity come first in any business.

I volunteer at the Los Angeles Mission, in downtown Los Angeles. There we provide help and housing to people in need. Every year on Thanksgiving Day, The LA Mission provides over 4,000 meals to the homeless and needy downtown community. When I talk to my two boys, Julian and Jaden, I tell them that we all have the same amount of time in each day.
